Frequently Asked Questions
Everything about our Australian 4G mobile proxies. Can't find it? Ask us.
What is an Australian 4G mobile proxy?
It's a proxy that sends your traffic out through a real 4G modem with an Australian SIM card — Telstra, Optus or Vodafone. Websites see an ordinary Australian mobile user instead of a server or VPN.
Are your proxies dedicated?
Yes. Every proxy is its own physical modem and SIM. Nobody else shares your connection or your IP.
Why are mobile IPs harder to block?
Australian carriers use CG-NAT: many real subscribers share each public IP at the same time. Blocking a mobile IP would block genuine customers, so websites and apps very rarely do.
Which carriers do you offer?
Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. Each has its own page with details, and you can mix carriers to spread accounts across networks.
Where are your proxies located?
Our first location is Perth, Western Australia, with more cities on the way — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide are planned.
How does IP rotation work?
You choose: rotate automatically on a timer, press a button in the dashboard, or call your rotation link from your own software. You can also keep the same IP for as long as you need it.
Which protocols are supported?
HTTP and SOCKS5, plus OpenVPN, Shadowsocks, WireGuard and VLESS. For phones we recommend OpenVPN or Shadowsocks.
Can I change the OS fingerprint?
Yes. You can set your proxy to present a Windows, macOS, iOS or Android TCP/IP fingerprint, so the connection matches the device or browser profile you're using.
How much data is included?
It depends on the carrier and plan — each carrier has its own daily data allowance. See the pricing page or ask us for details.
How do I pay?
We currently accept cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin and USDT.
